With her brother José helming the bar, restaurateur Anna Mendoza says this, "This is the place where our family comes together to cook for each other and show our love for one another. We went in as a party of 20.. Waiter was right on with drinks and orders. Food was hot and delicious. Not a single order in our large party was wrong. Drinks were refilled before we had ro ask. Very nice decor. Had a sampling of a few dishes and each was equally as good.
Some of the best Mexican food I have had since being down south. Our waitress was outstanding and clearly knew what she was doing. The food was flavorful, and came out fast and hot! I rarely give out 5 stars but this place deserves all 5 of them!
We arrived due to what husband referred to as an "awesome" website. The menu and decor have the feel of a restaurant that is blazing its own trail rather than following in the footsteps of a restaurant chain's demands.
The food was tasty; we'd definitely eat there again if we lived in the area.
